(Mu'tah Law Firm) is an Iraqi law firm in Baghdad - Iraq, and whose founders are leading lawyers in Iraq. It provides services in law practice, legal consultations and account organization.

(Mu'tah Law Firm) provides its clients legal services in all specializations (civil, penal, company laws, investment, banking and insurance, and others), and it provides to companies and businessmen everything they need to carry out their legal contractual commitments between themselves or with the Iraqi Government (Please refer to the list of services provided by the firm).

(Mu'tah Law Firm) is registered at the Iraqi Ministry of Trade under registration number (M \ 30240) and the Iraqi Legal Register under registration number (M \ 5283). Its main office is in Baghdad, with branch offices in a number of Iraqi Governorates, and its services extend to all parts of Iraq, and also to a number of foreign countries through law firms and leading lawyers in (London, Berlin, Amman, Beirut, and Damascus).

The firm's work depends on specialized teamwork, since, in addition to its founders, the firm leads a team of leading lawyers who have earned a widespread reputation through litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution for companies and individuals.

The firm employs consultants including retired judges and specialists in various fields of legal practice, with the experience of more than 40 years of practice, and which is a unique feature that we are proud of, and which gives us distinction among other law firms.

The firm employs an accounting team of chartered accountants and comptrollers, registered with the Accountant's Union and the Comptroller Career Board, to execute to Unified Accounting System approved by the Iraqi Ministries of Finance and Trade.

Our firm, (Mu'tah Law Firm), is ready to provide a specialized team of chartered accountants to apply this System, since Iraqi laws have obligated that the auditing of company accounts (local and foreign) be performed by Iraqi comptrollers (chartered accountant and comptroller) registered at the Accountant's Union and the Comptroller Career Board, and we include, within our firm, qualified chartered accountants with qualifications dating from 1994, of the First Class, and registered with both the aforementioned organizations.
